Version 2026-08-beta-1
1. The service
Aurora is a reporting product operated by JARALL Medical Management, LLC ("JARALL Medical"). Aurora reads billing and practice-management data from your EHR system and shows you reports built from that data. Aurora does not submit claims for you and does not replace your biller.
2. Closed beta
Aurora is in a closed beta. You joined with an invite code. Your practice also signs the Aurora Beta User Agreement with JARALL Medical; the beta period runs 90 days from the effective date of that agreement. During the beta the service can change, and features can be added or removed. JARALL Medical can end the beta with notice to you.
Feedback is part of the beta program. You agree to report bugs and data problems promptly, to complete a short monthly survey, to join one feedback session, and to complete an exit survey at the end of the beta.
3. Your account
You give us one login for each person who uses Aurora. You are responsible for the accounts of your practice. Keep your passwords secret. Tell us immediately if you think an account is compromised.
4. EHR access
You give Aurora the credentials it needs to read your EHR system. Aurora uses those credentials only to read the data that produces your reports. Aurora stores the credentials encrypted. You can revoke the credentials at any time. If you revoke them, Aurora stops receiving new data.
5. Fees
The beta is free of charge. The prices shown at signup apply only if you subscribe after the beta, and JARALL Medical will give you 30 days notice before billing starts. The subscription is a monthly base price plus a price for each additional seat. A seat is one login account. The first seat is part of the base price. JARALL Medical can change the prices with notice before the change applies to you.
6. Your data
Your data stays yours. JARALL Medical uses it to operate the service for you. JARALL Medical does not sell your data.
If you turn on the benchmark option, Aurora includes your practice in the aggregate benchmarks it shows to other practices. Benchmarks are aggregate numbers only. They never identify your practice, your physicians, or any patient. You can turn the option off at any time in your settings.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Your access continues to the end of the paid month. You can ask us to delete your practice data after cancellation.
8. No warranty
During the beta, Aurora is provided "as is" and "as available". Aurora shows you the data it reads from your EHR system. JARALL Medical does not warrant that the data is complete or correct. Do not use Aurora as your only record for a billing, tax, or legal decision.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, JARALL Medical's total liability for any claim related to Aurora is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10. The Beta User Agreement
Your practice signs the Aurora Beta User Agreement with JARALL Medical before the beta starts. If these terms conflict with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls during the beta period.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
